After my home is sold @ public auction, how long can I remain in it? I have 5 elderly residents living here.

Typically you need to be out by the time it is sold at auction I believe, but I may be incorrect. They don't really bother with how many people or who are the people living there, as the new owner owns it at the time the auction is complete.. =(
