How can I get rid off pimple marks?? Can any one help me out?? How to avoid pimples??

I get pimples on cheeks ,how to stop it? Please if any one knows about it help me out? /

Its all a part of puberty. Wash your face thouroughly and often. And don't pick at them! If you really want you can get a special face wash but make sure its not riddled with harsh chemicals
