Please advize about the California law,my roommate has not paid rent or utilities for the past month, will not work, drinks in the home, keeps alcohol in the frig-walks around in robe and or underwear-problem is the minor in the household is a ward of the court-juvenlile offense holding drugs in public school-served tenant three day and thirty day notice and a restraining order due to his irresponsible behavior-served and verified-can I acclerate the 90 day waiting period due to my sons (15 yrs old) exposure to (alcohol)substances? -it is our of compliance with his deferred entry of judgement with the juvenile court-what to do ? A wprried mom!

If this person was served a retraining order (I will assume it was to stay away from the premeises) that person can and should be arrested for violating the order. Simple. Call Sheriff, show restraining order, Sheriff takes them away.
