I've had Microsoft explorer as browser, but when I added napster, every time I click on napster, get a message that Microsoft has to close down. I switched to Firefox as my browser and fixed the prob for a few weeks, but now when I go to internet, Firefox comes up, but only top toolbar and nothing happens when I click on anything, plus lost bookmarks. Hope someone can help, thank you
