    Electronic toothbrush.
    I used to have electronic toothburush that does not rotate it makes half turns forth and back.
    I don't like this, is there any that actually rotate in one direction?

    Toothbrushes that rotate in one direction can do damage to the enamel of the teeth. An oscillating one such as the Oral B is the most effective one to use.
