    Taxes back
I worked from Dec 2006 to March 2007 in Colorado, with an H2B visa, and I just got my W2 form, so I would like to know what are the taxes that I can claim back, what percentage of what has been deducted from me am I going to get back? since I don't get any benefits from Social Security or Medicare, can I also get that money back? what are the forms that I have to fill in for federal taxes and state taxes?
    Thanks!

You will probably file as a non-resident alien, filing Form 104NR in order to claim your daily living expenses using Form 2106 and the Schedule A that is part of the Form 1040NR package.

As to how much you will get back, you have not provided enough information to answer that question.
