    Write protecting a disc
I have made a movie about the bad conditions of the people in India, its to raise funds for charity, I've spent ample amount of time in editing and giving it visual effects, I want to write protect it so that no one is able to copy my videos HOW DO I DO IT?:)

Actually it's not "write protect" you are seeking but a form of digital rights management. I am unaware of any retail version of such a function for the consumer.

As Need pointed out, Write protecting the disk is not what you want. A DVD+/-R disk is already write once. Same with a CD/R.

But that doesn't mean someone can't copy the contents. There are a few digital rights schemes out there to inhibit copying. Search the WEB on DRM for more info.

You should also look into getting your material copyrighted.
