My ex broke up with me just before xmas after almost 6years and we hadn't been back together long. So about 7weeks later I started dating again and I really like her but I met the ex last night and it was weird but she says she's with someone an I didn't know what way to take it. The thought of her in bed or anything like really hurts me as I did love her and never ever wanted it like ths we went through so much and went so many places. Will I ever forget? I don't know

People enter and leave our lives. Your relationship with her was good. Now it's over. Thinking about her in bed with someone else? Isn't it her body, her choices? That stuff is none of your business. Move on. Thinking in vicious circles about things that confuse your emotions is quite human, but downright silly if growth is your goal.

I don't want to think of her with anyone or anything like that. I just can't help it. I'm with someone else now so this isn't fair. I no its not but I miss her a lot and I'm the sort person that thinks too much and that's y. all the places we went etc
