I had a warrant in Nebraska but paid 800 dollars to get rid of it and settled out of court now I am looking to transfer my federal probation to Nebraska from Arizona will having that warrant affect their decision

If you are sure the warrant was taken care of then you should be okay. Just how did you "take care of it for $800" though?

I wrote a letter to the courts they sent me a letter back saying that I can plead guilty by waiver and pay an 800 dollar fine and I checked the warrants page of the police department and my name is no longer on there

Then it's a done deal with them taking care of the warrant. You should have no problems then.

Well it could be a problem because you now have a conviction for?? In that state. They don't have to OK your transfer, so they could refuse it because of prior convictions in the state.

So the warrant will not be an issue but your criminal record in that state could be.
