    Accounting formulas
    Where can I find accounting formulas for basic accounting? I am in accounting 101 and I am having a very difficult time. :confused: Thanks

    Can you specify what type of "formulas" you are looking for? In accounting, when someone says "formula" I tend to think of financial analysis formulas like return on equity, asset turnover and that type of thing. But in a first class I'm doubting that's what you mean. Much of what you would learn in a basic level class is not formulas, but rules and ideas. So I'm really not sure exactly what you're looking for. There's some basic stuff here:

    It's really more like a summary of what is probably already in your textbook.

    Yeah, it's hard to imagine you aren't being GIVEN the information in class and then working on understanding it. Every class I've ever taken has followed this basic teaching method.
