    He was a chipmunk' named Rick. He wore a orange shirt with Rick written on it. I think he had a partner. What show is this? Thanks

    I believe your thinking of a show called "Shirt Tales". I could be mistaken though.

    "Shirt Tales" was a great cartoon and there was a character called "Rick."
    My son loved that show.
