    Cleaning kitchen cabinets
In your opinion, what is a good degreaser for wood cabinets? It can be natural or chemical.

    Thanks in advance.

Murphy's Oil Soap is good! Are these cabinets painted or stained and clear finished in some way? Are you planning to apply some kind of finish on them after they have been cleaned? Knowing the answer to the latter question would make a difference as to what you would clean them with.

No, I don't plan to add any finish after cleaning them.

These cabinets are over the range hood, so they seem a little discolored and definitely greasy. I should have cleaned them sometime ago. I just had been wiping over them with a damp cloth.

Do you still think Murphy soap will do the job.

    Thanks in advance.

Murphy's Oil Soap applied with a sponge dipped in hot water might do the job, depending on how old the grease is. But, I did just find a product that might be better.

COLGATE PALMOLIVE 01030 "MURPHY'S" OIL SOAP WITH ORANGE OIL 22 OZ
