I dropped a frozen item out of the freezer onto a small black arm on the bottom of the freezer door and it popped off. I tried to search the GE site for replacement and can not find it. Does anyone know how to bet spare parts without having to make a service call and paying a lot of money for a part. It is a small black like arm only about 2 1/2 inches long. Thank you!
