    Rearranging Formulas
    I need to rearrange a formula for volume of a cone but I don't remember how to rearrange it. I have tried to figure it out for a couple days now... HELP

    If you are meaning that you are given the volume and have to solve for something else, you always do that the same way you would solve anything else algebraically. That is, you're trying to isolate to one specific variable. You do not need numbers to do that.

    As a simpler example, lets say you have . And you want to rearrange this to solve for height. Then you would need to isolate the . To do that, you need to get rid of . And how does one get rid of ? It's multiplied, so divide to get rid of it. And of course you need to do that to both sides. You obviously cannot get an actual number on the left side because you have no numbers. But you can still show that division over there:
