I just recently got over chronic bronctitis my chest x-rays are clear but now I have lost my voice and I have a burning sentation in my throat and it feels like I have a lump in my throat and today I coughed up a brownish mucus only one time what could I have now and what can I do for it?

I saw your question unanswered so far - ventureing my opinion.
The chest infection you had earlier cupled with regular coughing during that period can cause you vioce box to get inflamed . Hence the hoarseness I assume.
I would avoid smoking, Voice rest (speak minimally), lots of water. You can try steam inhalation once a day.
