I started getting these small bumps on my face out of the blue. Its mostly on my chin and lower cheeks. Its not acne, just tiny bumps. They don't itch, they don't turn red. They are the same color as my skin and sometimes really dry. I have using a cleanser and moisturizer. Does anyone know what it is? Or how I can treat it? Thx!

Maybe an allergic reaction?

Hm.. well sounds like some sort of skin eritation. And or rash... BTU not ichy... I say u go see a doctor.

Hi Bubbles 93, the rash sounds like you could have a reaction from the sun, if your skin is dry like and irritating try calamine lotion until you can get to a doctor who will prob prescribe some cortisone cream and your rash will vanish in no time.

I think I had the same thing on my face and arms.. my doctor told me it is a build up of what makes your hair and nails, mine were really bad about 2 years ago but have gone almost completely away. I used St Ives face scrub and that helped a lot!
