Ice is frozen in tray and "arm" is down/on. Maker is not cycling. Simple solution?

Sounds like the line could be clogged. Empty out the ice in the tray and see if it will fill up with water.

Simple solution - use ice trays in the meantime LOL.

The thermostat inside the icemaker itself could be bad. It is located at the rear of the module. Many times the module itself will go bad and need repaced
