Hello my little sis is vomiting all day and night it was yellow and no green and is weak and has a temp we don't know what is wrong could any body help

Have your mom or dad take her to the doctor or the emergency room.

She may be dehydrated if she has been vomiting this long. She would need to be rehydrated.
