    Court overturn
If a parent was allowed to relocate because of a new marriage and has broken up since and the distance is straining the relationship between father and child, can the ruling be overturned to make the parent move back? Also If the parenting plan was for visitation on holidays and 4 weeks during summer but between parents is still holidays and now all summer, can the child support be modified for the summer? I don't think it is fair to have to pay support for 3 months when we have her.

No, a parent cannot be forced to move back.

You can always apply for a modification; however, keep in mind that your visitation schedule is not in accordance with the Court order so you would have to get it changed in order to change the support order.
