Statute of Limitations On Deed Of Partition In TX
Does anyone know the statute of limitations on a Deed of Partition. My mother passed away in 1984 when I was a minor. My father had my 3 siblings sign a Deed of Partition soon after, giving him sole ownereship of real property. He had me sign a Ratification to the Deed of Partition in 2000. I wasn't informed of my legal rights and was under the impression I would inherit my portion of our estate. Am I still within a certain period that I can argue for my portion of my mother's estate?

If you signed the papers, the fact you was not informed of your legal rights does not legal matter.
