    Hi all,

Well.. I did little study and found that instead of putting efforts to get ITIN for L2 visa holder, best option is to get the SSN. One need to provide valid I-94, passport and marriage certificate (if in native language provide English translation), and then path to file federal and state tax returns jointly is easy, quick and hassle free.
