There are ways to ensure that your fourth child is a boy, 80% anyway.
If you can't afford to adopt (and yes, I know it's expensive) why not look into the foster care system?
Plenty of kids there that are DESPERATE for homes, and you could even choose a boy if you wanted.
If you went through normal adoption procedures--what happens when the poor, young girl gives birth to a girl? Do you back out, since you ONLY want a boy?
You also might look into international adoption, or see if the military will cover some of the costs of an adoption.
You realize, I hope, that the costs of an agency adoption reflect the very real medical and legal costs of adopting? Even if you skip the agency entirely, you'll be paying ALL medical costs for both mother and baby, ALL legal fees--yours, hers, and the baby's--and ALL court fees. You're STILL looking at a lot of money--probably twice what it would cost you to just give birth yourself, except that insurance won't cover it.
It's also very unlikely that you'll just get your baby boy and walk away. You'll probably have the birthmother (and possibly HER family) involved with you and your son for the rest of his life.
I strongly suggest you do some reading up about modern adoptions and realize that your simple request for a baby boy isn't quite that simple.
