I believe the movie plot centers around some stolen drugs/money hidden in the spare tire of a car. In one scene a man is tied up in his livingroom by some people looking for the stolen drugs/money. I also believe that the brother of the tied up man stole the drugs/money and the bad guys think he knows where to find the stash. The only other bits and pieces I can remember of the movie is the tied up guy smoking dope with one of the bad guys in the kitchen. And I also remember him having sex with a girl while he is tied up in the living room. The movie may have taken place in Texas somewhere, maybe Dallas. If anyone can help me find the movie title I would be very grateful.
