Brand new Peerless faucet has no pressure.

Double check the stops below the sink. Some stops require only a 1/4 turn to open but most are about 8 full turns. If the stops were open, close them and open the connection to the two small pipes going up to the faucet, now open a bit to see if you have water. Back to you for your results.
