    Tenant left apartment
    In st state of Florida.. I have a tenant that has not paid their rent and said they were moving I have not been able to contact her. I have been leaving messages on her cell phone but she does not call back. She is not at the apartment but all her stuff is. She had said she would be movingt all her items out of the apartment. I have posted a three day notice now what can I do>> Can someone help.. I do not know where she is living now

    I think you've done all you can at the present time - wait for the 3 day notice to run out and then file the complaint for eviction.
