My 3 and a half year old daughter has been toilet trained for a year but has now started spreading her poo all over herself and the house could this be just a bad habit or should I see a doctor?

This is some kind of mental condition she is exhibiting. Please see the doctor regarding this as it is not normal and should not continue.
