Any tips so that my hair can grow faster?

Warm weather makes hair grow quite a bit faster. If it's cold where you live, scalp massage can help too, oh and don't cut it :)

Why don't you try GNC women's ultra nourishair.google it up and read reviews.lots of women have reported 3 inches in 4 months,mostly blacks,but you may get better results.it takes like a month for it to kick in your system before you see results so you will have to be patient but I think the results are worth it if you want your hair to grow faster.

Actually if you don't keep up on regular trims you'll get split ends all the way up the strand and need to cut off more than desired. So keep up on regular trims. I do mine every three months.
