What to do if someone is saying that you have an STD and you don't?
I have a girl that I used to consider a friend that is telling any guy that I talk to that I am a walking STD. I know that I am not "dirty" and have had the tests to prove it. I have asked her to stop and she has informed me that she will continue going around to anyone that I talk to and telling them that I have a STD and that I don't tell any of the guys that I date that I have one. This wouldn't be a big deal except that I attend a small university and I don't want to have to defend myself when I am out and about town. I am sick of having to be careful who I talk to and warn people before I walk away that she is probably going to do this. Short of walking around with my results on me I have no clue what to do. I am just wondering what my options are in this case.

Did she tell you why she thinks that you do have an STD and why she is telling everyone that you do?

Yes, there is apparently a big portion of this story that is missing.
