I am on probation, and I got a Non-Traffic Citation for Criminal Mischief the other night. I punched a candy machine, it fell over and broke. Very stupid, I know. I pleaded guilty and Im waiting for the next date to come in the mail. Did I violate probation?

Yes you violated your probation by doing the criminal mischief you spoke about. If you haven't told your PO about it yet, I am sure they will know prior to your next scheduled visit. Contact your attorney regarding this situation before you are picked up and have to do your attorney shopping from a jail cell waiting for your probation violation hearing.
