    Copying Music DVD's?
    Help!
I have a new computer and can burn music CD's, but can I copy music DVD's? And what software do I need to copy them?

Are those music DVDs home made? I mean did you or someone created them if not it may be very hard to copy them.

    You can try these:

    1) http://www.dvdenergy.org/index1.htm

    2) http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/

Those programs look like they are intended to copy DVD movies and crack the CSS encryption used by DVD-Video, so I don't think they will work for this purpose.

    See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD-Audio
According to this article, the copy protection used for DVD-Audio discs has been broken recently. Of course, software that will crack the copy protection and therefore let you copy the information from the disc are illegal in many parts of the world.
