ITIN application and notary service in Mumbai?
I am on H1B and got married in 2007. Wife still in India.

Okay - So I figured out that my status is married filing joint and need to apply for W7 for my wife. Along with W7, I need the notarized copy of passport and 1040.

    - Do I need to attach copies of all other documents that I attach to 1040 ( like W2, 1099, etc)?
    - Do I need to attach a copy of W7 to my 1040 return that I send to IRS?

Apart from this, does any one have experience getting their passport copy notarized in mumbai consulate in India? What are the fees? Does one need any appointment for that?

Call the US embassy/consulate in Mumbai and find out from them.
