In kitchen our water pressure is very low, yet OK in other parts of house.

Start with the basics.. remove the aerator first, clean that and see if that fixes it. If that does not then check to be sure shutoffs are full open... get back to us after you try these things.

Are hot and cold both restricted the same? Usually the hot plugs first if its crud from your water heater.
