Do you know if there is a need for this service in your area? Are you considering buying a franchise or otherwise paying for leads?

A friend of mine does medical billing from her home in Florida and does very well but she did a lot of checking and footwork before she started the business and she had years of experience in a medical billing office.

She did not need a permit to work out of her home because she has no "foot traffic."
