Mold is mold regardless and will not go away spraying anything on it as it will keep coming back. You need to totally remove the mold encrused wall and anything behind the wall that has mold on it. If you want to try a professional mold remover company you can call them but it will be expensive. Has the home been vacant for a long time or were you living in it with the mold problem all along and do you know what the cause of the mold was originally? This all plays a part in the proper removal.
Yes it is occupied and it came from when the home was separated to move it and water got into the ceiling and down the walls
What is your inetrior surface material, paneling or drywall? Killing mold will not necessarily make the spot totally disappear. Most mold appears black while its alive and it will change to gray or white once you killl it with bleach or a mildewcide, but now the dead mold is still there. You must scrub the surface and if its drywall the mold is likely on both surfaces and inside the gypsum. You need to find the source of the moisture if you want this to stay gone. Back to you.
Thanks for all the help, the walls are sheetrock, and is throughout the house, just not in 1 spot. Prior people had pets that have urinated continuously in it and that smell alone is cause for having to remodel all the floors
You basically have to replace. You have a very short window ( about 24 hrs) to not have to. At the first sign of water damage the area should have been treated for mold even though there wasn't any visible.
