GE Top Load Washer will not fill
    I have a GE washer (model #wbse3120b2ww)
It's VERY slow on the cold water setting. We have checked the hoses and they are not blocked. When you turn the TEMP nob the flow increases but then it slow to a crawl again. And you can hear it clicking like it's broke.
I've done some reading and it looks like I need a new water inlet valve but I'm not sure.
    Help?

If the water runs freely with it being unhooked from the water valve and the screen in the hose and inlet valve are clean, the yes the valve is bad. Easy to replace. Cost of valve, about $35.00
