    Could she get in touble if?
    One more question if she tries to tell them she doesn't know who the father is and she really does then could she be held accountable for that like could she get into trouble

    No, she can't get in trouble for keeping that knowledge to herself, she can't be held accountable, but somewhere down the line she may realize when her child is older that he may want to know his true father.

    No - happens all the time. And maybe she actually doesn't know who the father is - I know you hope it is you but until there is DNA testing it's an open question.
