    Hey guys...
I heard using a trampoline is one of the best ways to shed that flab off. How true is that. And if it is, what sort of jumps should I do... sure it takes more than just simply bouncing on the trampoline. Will this help me lose stomach fat (thats my main problem area)

Yes, it is a great way to tone up and lose weight. I have a rebounder which is a mini trampolene. It has a bar attached to it so I can do more moves safely and not fall off the thing on my keester. I bought it off Amazon. It came with a DVD and booklet showing you all the moves you can do. I paid something like $65 or 70 as it was on one of their free shipping items. Well worth it. Had it over a year now and every time I feel like exercising, I just use it while I watch TV. The DVD made it look easy, but it is really much harder and takes much more muscles than I even imagined.

A trampoline because you can do it at home doing just about anything behind closed doors. Here is a like to a site that explains to you more on what a trampoline does and what you can do with it.
