    What is the legal liabilty of the Vice President of an LLC? Can he be held liable for unpaid taxes?

    No! Unless he cheated. Then the corporate veil can be pierced.

    No, not unless the corporation was not filed correctly, not unless he was mixing personal funds and corporate funds thus causing a personal liablity to exist, not unless he did something illegal causing the tax and so on.

    In general no, but theier can be exceptioins in case law depending on your location
