Could someone helo me out? I need to make some paracetamol suppositories with varying bioavailability. Does anyone know some different names of bases I could use and also wetting agents that I could vary? So far I have hard fat "witespol", cacao butter, polyethelyne glycol, and macrogol (although I fear this might have an unwanted laxative effect!and I'm not even sure how sutable the other bases are. I have no wetting agents ideas yet! A little help would be much appreciated :D I don't know if it will help but I will be testing dissolution and doing texture analysis.;)
