Does anyone know why my downloads are taking so long. They were fine a while ago but now they have really slowed down and does anyone know how to speed them back up again

a. Where are you downloading from
b. Do you have DSL or CABLE

You probably have some spyware imbedded in your machine. Try cleaning that out and your downloads should get faster.

I have a DSL and ill give the spyware a try

I'm downloading from filefront.com

Can you try downloading from a different site -- that site may be busy at that time

It is also possible your network or Your ISP are under a heavy load condition

Certain times of day when everybody gets on their compouters -- high traffic
