Can anyone advise me if my GE Fridge Side by Side has been under a recall or where I can check to see if it has.

I have only had this appliance for just over 2 years and the motherboard failed me, reading the horror stories on the web, I wish I had checked first.

My model is GSH22KGREBB

I don't recall that there has been a recall of your frig. They had a bad batch of dishwasher recntly but nothing about motherborads on frig. Check further by opening this. GE Safety Recall: product safety recall, consumer product safety recall, product recall
