I have recently noticed a few vaginal bumps similar to genital warts but I have been tested and my pap results came back clean. What else could this be? There are no other symptoms.

Did they specifically test for HPV? I know when I went in last for my pap test, they asked if I wanted to be tested for it. If I understood them right, the pap test is to check for any abnormal cells and they don't always test for hpv. If I'm wrong about that anyone, please let me know.

Did the doctor look at the bumps? How long have you had them? Do they hurt? I would go to a gynecologist and have it looked at. It could be nothing; could be serious. I think it's better to be safe than sorry with things like that. Sorry, I know that doesn't help much.

Are you pregnant? I had skin tags when I was pregnant down there I freaked out too I thought I had genital warts.
