What is the law for child support if you give up parental rights?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

If you had read some of the threads about relinquishing rights, you would have found out that giving up rights is rarely granted. Even when it is, generally your responsibilities to pay support don't change. No court is going to allow you to give up rights to get out of paying support.

Unless someone else is adopting the child and swearing to support him/her your odds of relinquishing are... slim to none.
