Very soon I was planning to take the pregnancy pill called Yasmin.. I heard that this pill may not gain so much weight like the others so that is why I want to try it out.. I just wanted some suggestions if this is the best pill for not gaining so much weight and also I wanted to know a little bit more info. On the sideeffects of taking this pill because I heard that it might also effect those who wear contact lenses and I wear colored contacts.. give me any suggestions on this.. thanx

Ask your doctor for more information on the pill. I personally don't know anything about it, but I do know that the average weight gain is no more than 5-7lbs with most any birth control pill. I would say that's nothing a little healthy eating and exercising won't take care of. You shouldn't choose a pill based off how much weight you may gain. Choose one that is best suited to your body.
