Let me know the difference between a secondary card holder and a supplementary card holder.

Typically "supplimental" means "able to use the account but not responsible" and "secondary" means "able to use the account AND ALSO responsible"

... but beware. Some credit card companies use different terms. Refer to the agreement, or give them a call, just to be sure.
