What is busbar? Uses? Any classification?
Busbar is an electrical term for thick COPPER OR ALUMINUM STRAP
Used in high voltage distribution --- used in switch gear --- power plants
Carry HIGH VOLTAGE and HIGH CURRENT --- DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE

Bus Bar are current passing media in Electrical systems. The bus Bars are made of Copper or Aluminium & its Thichness and the length depends on the current carrying capacity as per the design .
In three phase system the busbars can be placed 150 mm apart with necessary supports .
There is an another type of Bus bar which can be sandwiched with no air gap .This type is used ere space constrains are there.
Epoxy Powder-Coated Insulation allows for closer part location in a system, which is perfect for single conductors or multiple conductor assemblies that will have countless forms.
Epoxy powder coating is also well fitted to insulating thick conductors, as well as conductors with multiple electric contact points. The material also has a high dielectric strength and is a sturdy insulator, immune to most elements.
Copper Busbar
In electrical power distribution, a busbar (also spelled bus bar, buss bar or bussbar) is a strip or bar of copper, brass or aluminium that conducts electricity within a switchboard, distribution board, substation, battery bank or other electrical apparatus. Its main purpose is to conduct electricity, not to function as a structural member.
