For a while now, I've been having red bumps on my upper leg and some lower. They don't itch or anything. But I want to shave my legs soon, first- I want to know if its anything serious. Is there anything I can use without paying to see a doctor?

Do you already shave your legs? Razor burn happens with girls sometimes from shaving. I would imagine it would happen to guys too. I don't know though

Most likely what you have is called "Folliculitis", basically in common terms, meaning that your hair follicles are inflamed or clogged at bit. Give yourself a good exfoliation. Just keep the areas clean so the staph on your skin doesn't get inside the follicle because then it could get it infected, and you'll be fine.
