What constitutes residency in a rental agreement?
    Hello,
I have 2 roomates. One of my roommates has his girlfriend over most nights 5 out of 7 days a week. He subleases the room from me and I pay the landlord, he is not on the lease. The lease states I can have 3 people living in the house at one time. Which I do. Does someone staying over most nights in a month violate this agreement when this equals 4 bodies in the home? The issue is I am highly annoyed that she is over so often. We are being driven bonkers. Thank you!

If she's just staying the night, your not violating the lease
