    What would be the standard or average cost for my attorney to do a QDRO after 9 years of divorce

    Do you mean you have been divorced for nine years? See generally: "...this must happen before the divorce papers are finalized. Do not assume your divorce attorney knows how to take care of this QDRO stuff." What Is A QDRO?
