    violation of probation
    I just failed a drug test for the second time and I'm way behind in my restitution, am I looking at certain jail time. My original arrest was not for drugs. Im currently on house arrest.

    In the law, there ain't nothing certain. However, it's not looking good for you. I'd hire a lawyer, or you're going to get treated like all those people who don't have lawyers.

    Course, if you're smoking pot, that's different than shooting smak. Drugs ain't simply, drugs.

    Yes, unfortunately the judge will not be too happy about the fact you failed a drug test twice. Not being up to date on the restitution is not good either. You will have to wait until your probation violation hearing to see what the Judge orders for you.

    The fact your original arrest was not for drugs makes no difference in the fact you had failed a drug test twice. Once maybe, but twice is a definite signal that you are doing something wrong even after you have been given another chance.

    The house arrest will make it easy for them to find you.
